SuviAligner is a digital orthodontics platform for dentists and dental labs that brings together clear aligner planning, manufacturing and the Suvi Flow CAD software. It is the clear aligner brand of SuviLab.
There are two models: (1) with a Suvi Flow subscription, the doctor or lab plans the case and downloads all stages as STL; (2) with the Planning + Production service, the SuviAligner team plans the case and, after your approval, manufactures the aligners and delivers them to your clinic.
Suvi Flow is browser-based CAD software built for clear aligner treatment. It aligns and repairs scans, performs Bolton analysis, segments teeth, defines root axes, splits the target arrangement into stages and exports all stages as production-ready STL.

Yes. You can send the stage models exported from Flow and use our manufacturing service only.
Each monthly subscription includes a set number of Production Exports: Starter 10, Professional 30 and Lab 70 cases per month; Enterprise covers higher volumes. Each additional case beyond the included exports costs TRY 1,500.
No. Flow offers decision-support tools such as the movement budget, combined movement assessment and collision checks, but it does not give clinical approval. The final approval of the plan always rests with the treating doctor.
Yes. You can send a new scan during treatment to have the plan updated and additional aligners produced.
