Information under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

This notice explains how SuviAligner — SuviLab Digital Dental Laboratory (“the Company”, Istanbul, Türkiye) processes the personal data you share through the suvialigner.com website.

1. Personal data we process

  • Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number, city/country.
  • Professional information: role (doctor, lab, etc.), organisation, estimated case volume.
  • Request content: your message and any file links you share.
  • Security: IP address and the time the form was submitted.

Please do not share patient health data through the contact form. Case files are collected separately, after we get in touch, through secure transfer channels and with the necessary legal basis.

2. Purposes

  • Answering your information and pricing requests,
  • Carrying out pre-contractual steps for our products and services,
  • Information security and preventing misuse,
  • Meeting legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Your data is processed because it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, for our legitimate interests, and to meet legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f)).

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our hosting and email service providers and, upon request, with competent public authorities.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as provided by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You can send your requests to hello@suvialigner.com.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookies that are not strictly necessary for the site to work are set.
